Refund Policy

• General Refund Conditions: We offer a 14-day refund period for our consultancy services, starting from the date of purchase. If you are dissatisfied with our services within this period, you are eligible for a full refund.
• Exceptions: Refunds may not be offered if the service has been fully rendered or if a specific milestone agreed upon at the time of purchase has been completed. Additionally, services that include personalized or customized advice may not be eligible for refunds due to the nature of the work involved.
• Requesting a Refund: To request a refund, please contact our customer service team with your order details. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days upon approval.

Cancellation Policy

• Service Cancellation: You may cancel your service order within 24 hours of purchase without incurring any charges. If you cancel your service after 24 hours but before any consultancy work has started, you may be eligible for a partial refund, which will be determined based on any preliminary work already carried out.
• Subscription Services: For ongoing subscription services, you may cancel at any time. However, charges for the current billing cycle will not be refunded. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.

User Conduct

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use and enjoyment of the Services. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our Services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. CMPV Consultancy and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Limitation of Liability

In no event will CMPV Consultancy, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of these terms under any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental, or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data.

Your continued use of or access to the Services following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
