This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms regarding cancellations and refunds to ensure transparency and understanding with our clients, in compliance with Indian laws and regulations.

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Service Commencement: Clients can cancel their service orders within 24 hours of placing the order without incurring any cancellation charges. If cancellation occurs after 24 hours of placing the order but before the commencement of the service, a minimal cancellation fee may be charged to cover any administrative expenses or preliminary work done.
  • After Service Commencement: Once the service has commenced, we consider the consultancy engagement to be in effect, and cancellation will be subject to a more substantial fee. This fee compensates for the resources allocated and the work undertaken until the point of cancellation.
  • Subscription Services: For services offered on a subscription basis, clients can cancel their subscription at any time. However, the cancellation will be effective from the next billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for the current billing period.

Refund Policy

  • Eligibility for Refund: Refunds are eligible under the following conditions:
    • The client cancels the service order within the 24-hour grace period.
    • CMPV Consultancy fails to commence the service on the agreed-upon date without a justified reason.
  • Refund Process: To request a refund, clients must submit a written request to CMPV Consultancy within the stipulated timeframe mentioned in the eligibility criteria. The request should include the order details and the reason for the refund.
  • Processing of Refunds: Upon approval of the refund request, the refund will be processed directly to the original method of payment within 7 to 14 business days. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on the payment provider.
  • Partial Refunds: In cases where some services have already been provided, CMPV Consultancy reserves the right to offer a partial refund, calculated based on the services rendered up to the point of cancellation.

Exceptions

  • Customized Services: Services that are highly personalized or custom-tailored to the client’s specifications may not be eligible for cancellation or refund, as these services cannot be reallocated or reused.

Modifications to the Policy

CMPV Consultancy reserves the right to modify this Cancellation & Refund Policy at any time. All changes will be effective immediately upon their posting on our website. We encourage clients to review this policy regularly to stay informed of any changes.
